• Processing may take 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

• Contact our support team to arrange an exchange before sending items back.

How to Return

1. Email support@galacticpowersports.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will be in charge of purchasing a lable. 

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.

4. Send Galactic Powersports your tracking number. 

5. Get confirmation once your return is processed.
